You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
Provided the seal is not broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product.
You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the Webshop are for your own account.
These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Is your tester not working?
Our testers have an accuracy of more than 99.4%
This means that our antibody or antibody/antigen testers have one of the highest reliability levels available on the market.
Yet it happens statistically that about one in two hundred testers do not report or give a false report.
Although we are not legally obliged to do so, we do offer you a guarantee if this happens.

Send us a clear photo of the result on the test cassette. And state your order number and the batch number that you can find on the packaging.
As soon as we see that there is indeed an incorrect result, we will immediately send you a new test at our expense.
